Smartyr was originally developed by a digital marketing company called Probity Web Marketing.

Initially Probity Web Marketing started developing their own website CMS so they could easily build websites with their various proven SEO strategies built into them. This was completed in 2021, and they have been using this CMS for all their websites since.
Customer Experience Platform
Over many years helping small businesses grow the number of leads generated online they found many clients had the same issues.

So after building the website cms, they started looking to see if they could develop a platform to help their clients manage and track all their enquiries. They also wanted to build a business intelligence dashboard that was straight-forward and easy to understand, to stop clients wasting money on poorly performing marketing campaigns.

As Probity Web Marketing started developing the Customer Experience Platform, they quickly realised that this was something that most small businesses would benefit from and not just their clients. So the decision was made to set up a completely separate company and move the platforms across and continue developing them as a new business.
So in June 2022, Smartyr was born.
The mission for Smartyr is to build easy to use platforms for small businesses to manage the customer journey; from finding them to managing the sale and keeping in touch with them after the sale.
