When you use Smartyr.CRM and move a message thread to a sale status, you simply tick a box to say it became a sale and fill in the field for how much the sale was. Smartyr.BI will then take this information along with the lead source data and create a business intelligence dashboard showing each channel and how many leads, sales and revenue they created.
