Where do your leads come from?

Smartyr.BI uses call tracking and email tracking technology to allocate your enquiries to the marketing channel that converted it. Simply set up a unique tracking number and email for each marketing channel and use this for your enquiries. When you receive a message, it is automatically allocated to the relevant channel.

How many leads and sales do your marketing channels convert?

When you use Smartyr.CRM and move a message thread to a sale status, you simply tick a box to say it became a sale and fill in the field for how much the sale was. Smartyr.BI will then take this information along with the lead source data and create a business intelligence dashboard showing each channel and how many leads, sales and revenue they created. Then simply add in how much you spent for each of these channels and it will automatically calculate cost/lead, cost/sale and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
